We have some exciting news to share!
We hope you are all enjoying this beautiful summer we have been experiencing in the Comox Valley so far. Again, we would like to thank you for your support and patience during these difficult times. It is hopefully safe to say that we can return to some sort of normalcy in the not too distant future, although masks have been a necessity; we love to see your smiling faces and beautiful teeth!!
We are writing this letter to you to share some new exciting information. After much deliberation we have decided that changing the name of our practice is the best path forward. As some of you may know, there are several dental offices in the Comox area with very similar names. This has unfortunately added confusion for our existing and new patients. Taking all of this into consideration, we decided that a name change would benefit our patients and set us aside from other dental offices to avoid future mixups.
Being proud citizens of the Comox Valley and Vancouver Island, we wanted to move forward with a name that would encompass our beautiful area. We will now be called “High Tide Family Dental in Comox”. Treating our patients like family is our motto and we love providing dental care to people of all ages. The Orca whale symbolizes family also as well as community and harmony. In fact, our staff is going on a whale watching tour to celebrate this new transition!
This exciting news is something we have been looking forward to sharing with you. Even though our name is new, we are still the same practice with a great team and amazing dental providers. This is a perfect time to mention that we have a new addition to our front desk team, Brenda. She brings with her years of dental experience and a kind and professional nature. Jenn is also a new member to our clinical team and is a Certified Dental Assistant. She was born and raised on the island and has been working in dentistry for over a decade.
With our new name, beautiful logo that represents our office motto and the nature that surrounds us; we are eager to move forward and even more eager to see you all soon.
